Building a youth banking platform requires balancing rigid parental control with gamified child engagement. While stakeholders demanded a comprehensive product vision, developing heavy financial infrastructure upfront threatened the startup's runway. The business needed a full-scale architectural blueprint, but required a surgical way to validate actual market demand first.
> The Execution
Acting as the sole product architect, I built the entire system logic from zero to one. I designed the complete dual-sided app ecosystem, encompassing everything from complex financial literacy modules to KYC flows and dynamic marketing web infrastructure. However, recognizing the high risk of over-engineering before market validation, I advocated for a lean launch strategy.

We isolated the core value proposition and launched a surgical, conversion-focused MVP to the App Store. This lean, data-driven approach successfully captured live user intent and validated market interest. Ultimately, when the core project was shelved, this pivot had successfully prevented the business from burning millions on unnecessary backend development, highlighting the value of validating unit economics before scaling architecture.
